My official bio probably contains more than you wanted to know 
but here it is:
Selene is a life-long seeker who has studied many aspects of spirituality, metaphysics and healing. As a very sensitive, empathic child, she could recall past lives and regularly communicated with spirit guides and devas. This behavior was normal for her and although her parents did not encourage her wild imagination, they did not discourage her and accepted that she was able to perceive energies and communicate with beings that were not physically visible. Both parents and her adoring Aunt were highly psychic themselves so they recognized this about her but it was not so mundane or accepted in those days. Her father loved the horse races and encouraged her psychic abilities from an early age when she began picking winners for him. She could read the racing form before she started school and was rewarded for her correct predictions with the winnings from the bets her Dad placed based on her intuitive choices. She wishes she had that kind of luck with gambling now as well as a sponsor to put the money up for her too…
Throughout her teens and on into her early twenties, she studied astrology, philosophy, world religions, reincarnation and herbal healing, while pursuing her degrees in Social Sciences and in Accounting. She also has a business background and worked in publishing for over a decade at a local newsweekly and at Magical Blend, a renowned metaphysical magazine. She began studying Astrology in 1973 and still works at expanding her knowledge of this vast subject. In 1982 she devoted herself to mastering the Tarot which brought in much deeper levels of knowledge and information. She completed a two year intensive Clairvoyant training program even though she was already firmly established in her career as a busy professional psychic. She has read for tens of thousands of people from all walks of life. Her full-time professional psychic career began in 1993 but she first began reading for others as a teenager in the 1970s. In fact her very first paid professional reading unknowingly was for a local reporter who contacted her for research rather than sincerely seeking a reading. This became the subject of a newspaper article intended to invalidate psychics, but the reporter was blown away by her reading and praised her rather than being critical of her talents. Well known as an internationally recognized radio psychic, she can now be found on the worldwide web. She maintains an extensive list of clients from around the globe, and travels regularly in the Western US, appearing at large psychic fairs and expos. She's been featured in dozens of newspaper articles and has appeared on television numerous times. Her column “Ask Psychic Susan” was featured for over 8 years in Reno’s popular metaphysical newspaper “Cosmic Ground”; she was also the book and product review editor for the publication. She hosted a live psychic call-in program on one of Northern California’s best known FM radio stations for over 8 years. She's been a featured guest psychic on Canada’s foremost paranormal radio program, the “X-Zone” with host Rob McConnell since 1997. Currently she is also a regularly featured guest on blog talk radio for www.psychicbitch.com.
Selene worked on Psychic Web from July 2002 until it closed in October 2008 and has been on Psychic Access since it began in 2005. Her monthly horoscopes were featured on their newsletter Psychic Times, she was the Editor from 2008 until 2010, the horoscope column is still featured on the Psychic Access family of websites.
Personal:
A double Earth sign, this wise and compassionate Virgo is grounded with Capricorn rising but is constantly challenged by her intense Scorpio Moon. Understanding her life’s path has led her to embrace Astrology and her intuitive skills. It has also encouraged her to be practical and develop a good sense of humor. She loves the small Northern California town in the Sierra Nevada foothills where she lives with her one true love. They share their home with their almost human canine child Archie, and their museum like collection of books, crystals, minerals and plants. They each have a grown son and were blessed in April 2008 with the birth of his son’s beautiful and exceptionally intelligent baby boy. They spend much time restoring and maintaining their beautiful but quirky old home and large garden, it’s a lovely place but they wonder if it will ever get finished.
